13 May to 20 June 2017

Brick City is a celebration of some of the globe’s most famous landmarks – made entirely out of LEGO®!

The creations of Warren Elsmore, a big name in the world of LEGO®, these incredibly detailed models contain thousands of pieces and cover up to 62 well-known buildings. From the lively streets of New York, to medieval Japan and glitzy Las Vegas, Brick City allows you to travel the world through this beloved kid’s toy.

But don’t let nostalgia cloud your judgment – Elsmore’s models are far more than child’s play! Many are almost indistinguishable from the real thing, or evoke the atmosphere of a monument with just a few small bricks.

To celebrate the opening of Brick City, 20-21 Visual Arts Centre will be hosting a free family funday on Saturday 13 May. Come along between 10am and 4pm to check out the show and get hands on with a range of LEGO®-inspired arts and crafts activities, as well as tasty treats in our café.

Brick Competition
