North Lincolnshire Council Arts & Heritage venues are currently carrying out a survey to gather community feedback. We want to find out if you have ever visited 20-21 Visual Arts Centre, North Lincolnshire Museum and Normanby Hall Country Park.
The above venues are run by North Lincolnshire Council, but receive extra funding from Arts Council England for their programmes.
Depending on how you answer we may have a few more questions for you relating to each venue.

Anything that you tell us will be kept confidential, is anonymous and will only be used for research purposes. This survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete in full if you have visited all three venues and less depending on if you have visited 0 to 2 venues. What we will use this info for: We want to know what you think about us. We want to find out how we can improve the offer for the residents of North Lincolnshire. For us to be able to do this we need to understand who visits us and why and, most importantly, why people may not want to or be able to visit us. All data supplied by you on this form will be processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)/Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) and in supplying it you consent to North Lincolnshire Council processing the data for the purpose for which it is supplied. All personal information will be treated in the strictest confidence and will only be used by North Lincolnshire Council or disclosed to others for a purpose permitted by law.
