Alex Allday is a ceramic artist based in a studio and workshop at Middleport Pottery, Stoke-on-Trent. She designs and produces a range of decorative ceramic wares with intricate surface patterns and textures.
Alex’s surface designs are inspired by the fusion of traditional patterns and styles, such as floral motifs, Victorian tiles and ornate architecture. She combines handcrafted and digital techniques to create her distinctive surface pattern details. The decorative and functional ceramic wares by Alex which are stocked in our shop includes vases, planters, framed pictures and tealights.
